I still don't see how this is a win. His case was dismissed. That means it never "existed". Since no evidence was presented, nothing new (proof) was revealed to the court or in the public record. So if he was not fined, it just means that there was no crime/infraction ("Nothing to see here"). but it still doesn't seem like a victory. As he said, they just pushed him aside (under the rug).
