I don’t have much hair left so I haven’t used shampoo for a few years. However… I asked my 2 boys if they wanted to try it. They stopped 3 years ago, just using water. They’re now 13 and 16 and their hair is amazing, it smells fantastic, it smells of them! And their skin is perfect! No dandruff at all! (Bastards!) Next thing to tackle is toothpaste!

Rupert I make my own tooth powder. It’s excellent! Even remineralizes teeth (has ground eggshells in it).

I just use a brush on my teeth. Not a big deal to me.

I want to add a little note. MAKE SURE YOU BRUSH YOUR TONGUE TOO. I believe that brushing your tongue has many benefits.

Bonnie Sammons, I’ve read about this and I’ve purchase some tooth powders which I’m using currently but find it a bit abrasive, would you be able to share how you make your tooth powder?

Hi Winny. Here’s the recipe I use. This lady is great…I’ve learned SO MUCH from her. Even making homemade wine. Lol

Oh and I’ll add that I have very sensitive teeth..other powders bother me as well but this one doesn’t!! I grind the eggshells up real fine. I use peppermint oil.

My teeth are quite sensitive as well, I’ve never been able to use any of the bleaching treatments at the dentist office or any over the counter bleaching agents either (which is a good thing since they’re so bad) because they always caused so much discomfort and pain. I've been using different natural tooth pastes for quite a few years now and avoid fluoride and all the nasties in commercial tooth products but I definitely would love to make my own tooth paste especially if I can make a better product that can also help with remineralization, that would be bonus 👍🏻😊

I avoid dentists at all costs. The last time they asked if I wanted to schedule a fluoride treatment 5 years ago. I knew enough to not go for it. Dentists may pose as much of a hazard to your health as an allopathic doctor. Between antibiotics, "compulsory" x-rays, risky root canals as well as the filling and drilling mentality dentists don't recognize that teeth can regenerate under the right conditions of diet and lifestyle, so the vast majority of cavities could be avoided in the first place, and I would guess that when a cavity is drilled out to anchor the filling material the drilling further damages the tooth and the potential healing is sabotaged.

I make my own toothpaste. Not an exact recipe. I use a small glass container (used to hold yeast for bread making). I fill jar half full of baking soda, add coconut oil (liquid is easiest) to cover baking soda , add several (5 or 6 to suit) drops of peppermint oil (any essential oil), a ltitle bit of Himalayan salt (half a tee spoon or there abouts) and then stir so I have a paste texture. It is never the same but close enough. I dip tooth brush in to get about a 1/4 covering of the paste on the brush. That's it Winny A.

I believe it is possible to live without soaps etc. but you musty eliminate all toxins from entering your body first - that is to say - you must stop consuming plants first - humans are carnivores after all - and then I think you can clean yourself without chemicals.

I saw a guy in India claiming to not have had a shower for 20 or so years. I thought "what a smell he must have" but I now think that the smells only arise when we eat the wrong food - which pretty much everyone does every day. Cheers

I am glad you are alive but ultimately eating plants leads to most "Diseases" we know today - diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis asthma, eczema etc. etc.

Look into it.

Here a small hint to start with - Potatoes, tomatoes and red peppers are part of a group called DEADLY NIGHTSHADE.

Its not my opinion that we are carnivores, it is a 100% fact of nature.

Now my cats, they're obligate carnivores. Raw flesh, guts, organs, bones - yummy! Me? Well, my visceral reaction to their food is disgust, the quite natural result of 100s of millions of years of evolution. That's got to count for something.

As a participant in a long term n-of-1 observational nutrition study on the health outcomes obtaining from an exclusively plant-based diet, I can report that the results so far are 100% positive, 0% negative. Plus there's a bonus you can celebrate regularly on, ahem, the toilet.

With all due respect. I really think you are wrong about an all meat diet. An all meat diet artificially stimulate the adrenal glands and yeah a person can feel better that way but over time it is just artificially stimulated. Then since meat is hard on the kidneys, people can't tolerate it long term. Then when they get off meat, their adrenal glands wonder what the heck happened. The adrenal glands are used to getting the stimulus of the meat, and now the person really feels poorly as their adrenal glands aren't used to functioning on their own . Just my opinion though.

I beg to differ. Everyone is different. Some need meat perhaps. Others like me are vegan and feel great with bundles of energy. (I'm 70!)

I respect your reply.

I have been following different people who talk about their diets for at least a decade now. I found a lot of times after years of being a vegetarian people say they are too low on vitamin B and need to go to the doctor and have a vitamin B shot. I also have followed people who just did just all meat. After awhile they seem to have depleted several vitamins and aren't do so well either. Then I follow people who ate the meat and vegetables/fruit and cut out the junk and they do okay I think, but I do think they age faster than the vegetarians do.

I have seen lots of people heal from some pretty awful medical conditions just eating fruit, berries and melons and herbs. Also I believe cooking depletes the vitamins in a lot of foods.

Dr. Morse has been around for a very long time. His "tv" site is relatively new as he kept getting kicked off of you tube. You should follow him to see what he is about. He often shows his case studies and how he gets people to heal. He is awesome in my book. He also does herbs. I think herbs are a whole nothing level of healing for people if they are sick or just want to stay healthy. Of course you got to do your homework and take the right herbs.

Anyway still cool to listen to others and get their opinions even if we don't agree in the end. Hope you have a great day.

This is great, the more people i hear of not using commercial products the less I feel 'dirty' and 'different' from the hoards, the easier it is to continue... eg; I haven't showered for 3 years because of the fluoride in the tap, (turned my shower cabinet into a food storage cupboard) I catch rain water, put it through a Berky (because of chem-trails) and pour a basin full and use a face cloth to wash my body with a couple of squirts of organic baby soap in it, don't even rinse that off, and hey, I'm still alive and kicking (72). I also recommend bi-carb and apple cider vinegar for hair and apple cider vinegar for any round worms caught from the dog etc. Thanks Sam, Yah bless <3

I think morphine is a narcotic and narcotics suppress breathing. Did this happen recently as the "science" changed over the last two years? That is the hospitals was giving drugs that suppress breathing to people who were having a hard time breathing, and that was the norm. Funny how we end up losing a lot of people to "covid" in the hospitals these last couple of years. Also funny how the hospitals just didn't know how to treat a person with a respiratory virus anymore. It is like they just forgot.

Any doctor/nurse worth their weight should already know this. I think that is why drug addicts die when they "over dose". The narcotics suppressed their breathing.

Yes this was in October- bec my mom tested negative for convid

and she rejected a nuclear cat scan or mri of her lungs -bec she felt better

after they used lasik to get water off her lungs- was back to eating and walking a bit

at 95- granted with difficulty walking to the bathroom or commode .and was on 24 hr oxygen for just a few weeks- but..my sister was so nervous about her being "uncomfortable" and not wanting to see her struggle- bec she was eating very little and only sips of water they went right to the morphine to help her "sleep at night" - she died 10 hours later did not wake up. which is better than in hospital and family being denied to be near you. but I firmly believe if taken off her meds she may have healed and passed 100 yrs

So sorry they did that. I have been there with my own family. My sister and I didn't agree on the proper meds for our 90 years old Mother and she had power of attorney. My sister got her way and my sister was happy when our Mother "transitioned"/passed under her medical care. With all due respect, I think it is very well known that narcotics suppresses breathing and it is nuts to not see that very basic fact. I too believe if my Mother was given the proper meds she would still be here. Of course I go over this a lot in my head.
