I am 70 and my GP recommended that I should take statins because at my age "there are only benefits and no downsides". After I had finished laughing and pointed out that the only benefits are to the drug manufacturers, and there are well published negative side effects, I politely declined. I'm sure they think I'm nuts but the feeling is mutual.

Back in 2006, I had a heart attack due to a blood clot. During an angiogram the surgeon said, " no stents needed, in fact I wish I had arteries like you". Yet, they out me on statins.. Back in those days, I rarely even visited a doctor because I kept myself quite fit, have practised meditation for many years being a hypnotherapist and Zen practitioner.

Why did I have blood clots then? I asked. Genetics, they told me. My dad had had a massive heart attack around the same age as I was, so I believed them.. But my dad wasn't really that fit.. I felt vulnerable and trusted them, and so just started taking the statins. I had no idea until later that they expected me to take them for life! That was along with beta-blockers, an ace inhibitor and daily aspirin. In the back of my mind, I felt I really didn’t all that, but they insisted that I would cut my life short without them.

Around 2% I was told suffered side effects. I was one of the 2% along with most of the participants in a rehab exercise class they set up for us! It seemed the 2% all lived within walking distance of me?

I was talking to a young female doctor who was a heart patient in the rehab class, and told her that I was thinking of coming off all my drugs because every muscle was aching, I was suffering a lot of light-headedness, general weakness and so on.. She said, "good for you, but they won't like it because they get paid for every patient that takes the drugs. She had quit hers for the same reasons.

Anyway, I quit amidst much resistances from the hospital. Some quite rude and insulting.

My muscles grew less painful. I am in my mid 76 now, and don't even take painkillers any more for anything. I watch diet, eat organic, and deal with any pain with meditation and will sometimes use Liposomal Curcumin if I feel too much pain, as it seems my muscles have some damage. I was taking the drugs for two years, afraid to stop.

I wonder what the possible cause was back in 2006? Maybe down to bad diet and stress? I assume you didn't take any meds or jabs in the preceding years. Anyhow great to read you're healthy now.

Expand full comment

Thanks for responding John... It was a stressful situation I found myself in. I ate mostly organic food, went out walking every day before and after work. I practiced meditation. In fact when my attack occurred in the middle of the night, I went immediately into my meditation routine and transcended most of the pain, but it wasn't going away.. My wife called an ambulance. I did not know it was a heart-attack, felt mostly in my abdomen and I thought there was something wrong there, so I was waiting in the emergency dept for another 6 hours - it was early Saturday morning.. A busy night of them. A nurse came along checked my heart with an ECG and then it was discovered I had this clot.. probably genetic, they said. I think it was more the stress I was going through at the time. I haven't taken jabs since being forced to in school. only about 2 or 3.. and they weren't mRNA back then.

I'm 71. A couple of years ago I visited A&E because I couldn't pee and I was afraid my bladder would burst. They inserted a catheter and the relief was instant. However such was my relief that I forgot to ask how and when the catheter should come out.

That was a Friday so I had a horrible weekend with this thing hanging out of me. On Monday I was determined to get rid of it but the hospital wanted me to wait a month for an appointment with a specialist to discuss my urinary problems. Even at that it was not clear that the catheter would be removed then.

I couldn't wait another minute never mind a few weeks so I took it out myself, with the aid of a helpful YouTube video. Thankfully, I was able to pee normally an hour later and since then I have had no problems.

I suspect that my original problem was psychological rather than physical. If my urinary tract had been blocked by, say, a kidney stone I doubt if they could have inserted the catheter so quickly and easily.

I believe now that the mind is a much more powerful arbiter of physical health than I realised.

Grounding, sulphur and UV + IR electromagnetic radiation will greatly help the cardiovascular system. Also, beware of glyphosate found in many conventionally grown foods.

Stay away from all pharma 'medications', if possible, not just statins.

Yeah grounding is a good one to prevent inflammation and ongoing problems from that. In the end though we are not our bodies. At least to me, we are what animates the body. We get side tracked by the survival program, preservation of the body whereas our dominant reality needs to shift to living out the spiritual beings way of life. That's is where the focus needs to be. I understand though. I'm in a body like everyone else. Sharing the human experience. I go barefoot most days, all day.

When I was around 10 years old, I had one knee that became covered in warts. Nobody else in the family had them or caught them - so they definitely not contagious and there were 4 of us siblings and my parents at home. I remember something I was given to paint on them, and they turned black and eventually fell off. I was in short pants back at that age, and quite embarrassed about them, especially when they turned black. I have had odd warts ever since. One day sometime in my 40s, I had a painful one on my thumb and I happened to be pealing garlic for a meal, and noticed that the wart disappeared, and didn't return. Now if I get one, I apply raw garlic and it fixes it every time.

Thank you for another informative Q&A. It’s amazing how crazy germ theory seems once the veil has been lifted! I am so grateful for your videos. My son recently travelled to Kenya and we were told he needed a yellow fever vaccine amongst many others. I researched yellow fever thanks to your video, and looked into the vaccine. The CDC note that the vaccine is only ‘relatively safe and effective’……if that doesn’t get alarm bells ringing, I don’t know what will!

Expand full comment

Did your son have the vaccines he was told to get ? Or was he allowed to decline ?

Expand full comment

I challenged the school that the yellow fever vaccine was not actually mandatory, as per the country rules and they apologised for the mistake and updated the info to the other parents. The other vaccines were just recommended not mandated.

Expand full comment

So the school made the yellow fever vaccine appear to be mandatory, when it wasn't. Lying through their teeth, when a child's health is at risk. That's the typical normal now. Well done for doing your research.

Expand full comment

Really glad I did the research, but I don’t think the school did it on purpose. I genuinely think they misread the rules and thought a YF certificate was required. The issue I have now is that my son has been in a yellow fever zone so can’t enter certain counties without a certificate proving he is vaccinated.

Your comments on not knowing the cause of warts, to me, is WHY they point to a virus; it's the fallback aetiology, isn't it? If they don't know the cause (and they don't for most things), then it must be a virus. Mystery solved!

Anymore, being almost 74, I figure that going to see the doc is not going to be a prosperous adventure. If they find something off kilter or suspect this or that might occur, all they will do is put you on meds. Unless it was a dire emergency, they really have no cures that get to the root causes of your medical troubles. So, I stay drug and vaccine free as long as possible and even then I might say no.

Re. Sovereignty. I have been studying this since the beginning of 'plandemic'. It is a mindset one has to develop. I found you just have to nudge into it when they are trying to nudge you. I have not done a great deal, as I am now in my mid 70s and just things like not complying and above all, it's important to stay calm. Here in the UK, I have been learning a lot from a guy called Sovereign Pete..

part of this whole lockdown is to force digital currency and digital id digital passports etc and kill cash which means everyone loses all privacy in transacting and everyones daily moves are tracked and traced. we are building our own prison - notice all the cameras in stores now and "self check outs with cameras" I refuse them all. go back to using Cash and people and forcing businesses to accept cash as legal tender. I even pay my property taxes now in cash to force my town to keep accepting it. I boycott all on line shopping.

Yes, I fully agree. I get cash from the dispenser regularly and use it in shops. Some shops say it's a problem for them as the local banks have shut down. However, none of them have turned away trade when I've said politely, "I am sorry, I put these (items) back and will have to go elsewhere.. " I have heard that under common law taxation is voluntary, and the government is not authorized to use it for war-like purposes with foreign powers and are therefore in breach of natural law. I know some people have sent notices and liens, but I am not sure how successful it is.

Must return to going into the bank and to the teller to get cash to keep them both alive!

I remind the teller every time I go in (weekly) that im trying to keep human jobs and cash alive

convenience is not our friend. I have heard this also about taxes and common law but I cant recall who is teaching on it. not sure about it other than to do best to get local reps to cut property taxes (usally means cutting staff salaries and banning overtime and pension padding etc- its all a racket. I refuse to pay "taxes" via Toll roads that removed ability to pay Cash. I take the long road now. as example.

The Sovereign’s Way was created by two men who pushed at the legal boundaries and came out the other side understanding the difference between legal and lawful. The Law of Mankind which they present in knowledge shares is the basis of who we are. All the legal stuff on top of that are things that we have built up and adapted to suit all kinds of changes and perceptions, but the basic Law has never gone away. We can access it and live a free life by coming to understand how our decisions and contracts have intruded on us living a true and free life.

The Sovereign’s Way has practical ways to deal lovingly with men and women who call themselves police, government employees, medical people and on and on. Compensation for our labor is covered, as well as taxation, how to relate to police and other officials, and how to operate in court if it ever becomes necessary.

This information is combined with the development of our emotional bodies, which is necessary to become healed from our past injuries so that we can move on with our lives in a whole manner and not intellectually trapped by what is going on around us. https://thesovereignsway.com/law-for-mankind-options/?link=45555

Spirituality is becoming more "scientific". Dr Joe Dispenza (the Dr coming from his being a chiropractor in the US) suffered severe spinal damage when hit by a truck while cycling in a triathlon. He rejected the surgery option and decided he'd try using his mind to heal his spine and vowed that if it worked he'd devote the rest of his life helping others do the same. There are many hours of his meditations and interviews on youtube (although technically you're supposed to buy the meditations from his website). I've been doing his meditations for a year and while I haven't cured my lymphoedema I certainly feel that meditation has helped and I think it's helped psychologically too.

While people have miraculous results doing his meditations at home, more happen at his retreats and his YouTube testimonial playlist currently holds 687, many of which are from people with very serious and debilitating health conditions including terminal. They are simply amazing! Some of these people have their before and after scans and while the scans aren't part of a randomised controlled experiment obviously they're nevertheless compelling ... and when you know how little the scientific method is properly used in medicine why should we put any less trust in this evidence?

Thyroid issues can have incredible results - one woman's thyroid actually grew back after it was surgically removed due to hyperthyroidism. This is Shay's testimony - she says her thyroid wasn't producing enough hormone but if she was suffering hyperthyroidism I think that means it was producing too much - however having no medical background maybe what she says is correct. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZIJb9rg8Pk

Testimonial playlist - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YGLQ34Oq6cc&list=PLD4EAA8F8C9148A1B&pp=iAQB

He is working with neuroscientists, measuring people's brain and heart waves when they meditate and going into very high states of consciousness.

I'm now completely convinced that Mark Bailey knows Joe's story but has to stay quiet because if you put one foot over the woo-woo line, well, science types will drop you like a, like a guy falling off a bicycle onto his spine. --david
