Self governance as opposed to centralised government. Self governance is the only legitimate form of governance that is alignment with natural law, such as the English constitution.
For "voluntaryism" to work (I assume you mean with awake responsible ethical people) there must be enough coherency with enough of the awakened to transition to individual sovereignty, which is what you seem to be referring to. I do not think this can happen in one sudden shift. There will no doubt be several stages over hundreds of years to get to that point, if not thousands of years. So I'd say it will take a fair amount of patience to achieve this! And many efforts to handle the complexity of this devolution of centralized control, without regressing where we do not want to go.

Already reading your "sneek peek" PDF! The image of the children pledging allegiance to the flag brought back memories! When I was in school we were forced to put our hand over our hearts and recite the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America....today as I reflect back I am mortified that our parents ever tolerated this programming of us (not surprised though) - at least they referred to the "republic for which it stands". This is why I chose to UNSCHOOL my daughter - by the time she was born I knew I had been indoctrinated and I was not going to let that happen to her - at least not this avenue. It's difficult to escape the programming. I've been working on leaving the cage and therefore I am very interested in all the tricks you have discovered along the way.

This motivated me to go to school to learn homeopathy and now I am a homeopath. My reasoning is that when you remove the slave self - we are beings made in the image and likeness of God which is Creative, Intelligent and Love (a frequency that does NO harm) - and leave undisturbed, humans who know themselves as who they truly are and not a slave self, then they will naturally be creative and do no harm. Its not an election. It is a ratification of every line item of law and expenditure on the books by the citizens concerned enough to do it. Basically they are Citizen Volunteers who read the law and pass judgement on it.
In my personal estimation: 3% of the population would volunteer to read and consider the issues being decided. In America that would be a maximum of 9 million people. Perhaps that is too high. Its probably less. A former congressman estimated there were only 10 thousand people in his district that had even the remotest clue and enough care to be concerned about the issues of the day. So by his estimation, only 1% of the population would take the time and make the effort to do anything that was not directly related to the satiation of their own personal lusts.
You can at least delegitimize them in your head, even if one lacks the necessary nerve and vision to have armed officials show up at ones' door (I'm as much of a coward as the next man, I'm just not sufficiently a coward to be afraid to admit it). We can stop outsourcing everything, and become resourced from within and from our own communities, so our participation in systems decreases to the point that we more or less slide under the radar. Big efforts were made at stopping this by shutting down all independent workers while allowing government workers and those employed by big coorporations to stay on during the pandemic event, but just simply stopping outsourcing in any way and getting more independent and interdependent on our small circles is the best way in my opinion

Government lacks legitimacy for the reasons you mention, and there is 1 other fundamental reason:
government claims that the legitimacy of its powers stems from the votes the people have cast in a democratic election. But that is a fallacy: the people themselves do not possess any of those powers, so how can they give the government something they do not possess in the 1st place?
The implication: government has arrogated those powers. There is absolutely nothing democratic about that.

Religion is a belief system. The behavior of it may be more better described as 'worship'. Belief and action that follows it are religion and the various actions of worship as a cohesive whole. The behavior imo is the most essential component. One can worship fully without being a true believer. 2nd step: communities self govern under natural law through jury independence (court of conscience)

I don't think we need "government" at all and the Con-stitution is part of the problem. Everything the "government" does would be done better, faster and cheaper by the free market... It is impossible to have a moral, legitimate "government" so voluntaryism is the only "ISM" fair for everyone... You would get to vote with your dollars every single day
There is a huge problem that needs to be addressed, that conditions the populace and fuels the fire of being an immoral order follower. With out which(order followers) no government could stand. That is the criminal lying Churches. Those that support wars, say thank you for your service to people went to other countries and murdered our fellow brothers and sisters. It would have had George leaving the continental army for Mt Vernon....and not for nothing the British and their thousands of Horses, Troops, Cannons, could have debarked and did the same to Monticello (Jefferson) Montpelier (Madison) and that would have been the end of the so called revolutionaries.
All the founders did was run and end round on the people of america helping to implement the British system of law and finance in america under the guise of a fighting a tyrant king.
So… how do we get there from here?
We now have to stand up and inform our representatives that they have broken their Oaths and failed in their Duty to the office in which they were entrusted. They are in Breach, and now must either accept our help by adding the Fourth Branch, The Citizens Branch, The Electronic Townhall to our government or Vacate the building.

Its not an election. It is a ratification of every line item of law and expenditure on the books by the citizens concerned enough to do it. Basically they are Citizen Volunteers who read the law and pass judgement on it.
In my personal estimation: 3% of the population would volunteer to read and consider the issues being decided. In America that would be a maximum of 9 million people. Perhaps that is too high. Its probably less. A former congressman estimated there were only 10 thousand people in his district that had even the remotest clue and enough care to be concerned about the issues of the day. So by his estimation, only 1% of the population would take the time and make the effort to do anything that was not directly related to the satiation of their own personal lusts.

You can at least delegitimize them in your head, even if one lacks the necessary nerve and vision to have armed officials show up at ones' door (I'm as much of a coward as the next man, I'm just not sufficiently a coward to be afraid to admit it). We can stop outsourcing everything, and become resourced from within and from our own communities, so our participation in systems decreases to the point that we more or less slide under the radar. Big efforts were made at stopping this by shutting down all independent workers while allowing government workers and those employed by big coorporations to stay on during the pandemic event, but just simply stopping outsourcing in any way and getting more independent and interdependent on our small circles is the best way in my opinion

Government lacks legitimacy for the reasons you mention, and there is 1 other fundamental reason:
government claims that the legitimacy of its powers stems from the votes the people have cast in a democratic election. But that is a fallacy: the people themselves do not possess any of those powers, so how can they give the government something they do not possess in the 1st place?
The implication: government has arrogated those powers. There is absolutely nothing democratic about that.
This explained in detail in Larken Rose's interesting book “The Most Dangerous Superstition”. Well worth reading!!

Religion is a belief system. The behavior of it may be more better described as 'worship'. Belief and action that follows it are religion and the various actions of worship as a cohesive whole. The behavior imo is the most essential component. One can worship fully without being a true believer. Behavior in the physical space between us becomes the most essential problem, and exactly what has been gamed by wielders of power with a century of behavioral intelligence research that started with Freud, his offspring, and Naval intelligence, paid for by the American taxpayer..
