There are so few Dr's, scientists and influencers I follow anymore who know the truth about the lie of viruses. The reason for which is because they are simply disappearing with no explanation and no one is looking for them. Brian Wilkins and 'Amazing Polly' we're two of the most followed who have dropped off the earth. It saddens me to hear of a nefarious attack against Dr Sam. We as the public need to stand up and help protect these brave souls.

Agreed. But how? We are being censored continually. The perpetrators can’t allow us the hunt them…too much (money) to lose. Need to end this with a heart ❤️ so I won’t be cancelled. My family and friends are into cancelling, in a big way, the news they can’t face!! ❤️

You're 100 percent correct. The very people who should be standing with us, are the same one's who ruined life for us by following all the illegal edicts, masking up and gleefully taking a bioweapon without one single solid shred of critical thinking. How do we protect the truth tellers when the brainwashed outnumber us three to one?

The only diet that is perfect for the human physiology is a carnivore diet as that is what we were designed to eat. Our digestive system is very highly acidic even more so than a lion. I've been strict carnivore for 4 years now and have reversed my type II diabetes, arthritis and CKD. I'm 65 now and thriving with no meds.

Many people feel very sick when they switch to carnivore. I believe it's mostly because we are loaded with oxalates that I've learned about only recently thanks to Sally Norton. Once we stop ingesting this plant toxin that contributes to probably ALL ill conditions, the body starts releasing them. It's akin to Herxheimer's reaction, and many end up in the ER. The detox reaction can do a lot of damage if one has no clue. Carnivore cured many. However, if those who are very sick on carnivore knew WHY they are sick, they would slow down and would make gradual changes.

I agree, I got such important info from Sally, changed some of my diet choices and have eliminated a lot of inflammation that I used to have!!

Good that this diet works for you. That doesn't mean that it's perfect for human physiology. I felt my worst on a carnivore diet. I feel best on a diet high in grains, vegetables and lean meats. I would define a diet that is perfect for human pshyiology as any diet that adequately nourishes the body in a sustainable manner without increasing the risk of disease and sickness.

Plotting your course has NEVER been easier . Observe the recommendations from the state / ruling class/ authorities (“”)/ bots and payed tools - and then do the opposite . You’ll be alright .

I nibble on more butter than I actually use in my 'recipes'. LOL

I would ask Sally whether the current climate of mRNA poisoning of pretty much all foods has her doing anything differently with her recipes and how she acquires the raw materials for those recipes.

I am so grateful for finding Dr's Sam and Mark Bailey. So much information over the past 5 years since I was introduced by a friend. The quality of truth and valuable health benefits that I have learned about on here is off the scale, since so many people are being cancelled for giving important advice. It has been difficult for you both from those who really don't want people to understand health, and that is an understatement I know. Just know there are many people behind you and keen to change the future of health and wellbeing. The conference sounds amazing. There should be more of these worldwide.

Butter is better. It has cholesterol that is necessary for healthy brain. Yes, they lied to us about cholesterol and now we have dementia and Alzheimer’s disease

Brought up on a diary farm, I've had butter most of my life, although for a time used some olive oil spreads. Thankfully in the last few years, we've gone back to butter, my wife and I going through a pound or more a week. Last sick, mild, 1980. 71 years young.

What Sally said about us being "dumbed down" about food really resonated with me. Besides nutrition, food holds the keys to our culture and also it's the only source of unrevised and factual history of our people. For example, French cuisine still holds the history of the 100 Year's War in it. Italian food preserves the existence of the separate kingdoms which post-Garibaldi historical revisionism erased from our schoolbooks, discourse and language. German food holds the memory of empire that our minds have long since forgotten. Food is like the culture's limbic responses or subconscious, it holds memories we don't consciously remember and stories we are not allowed to talk about.

I strongly feel THIS is why food is being targeted and overhauled to eating plans, because food holds the keys to who we were and are even after all the facts have been forgotten

We are what we eat, whether it is food for the body or food for the soul.

Thank you Dr Bailey and Sally,

Some wonderful reminders. I bought Sally's book, "Nourishing Traditions" back in 2004. Since raising our own children, we've followed many of your recipes.

Our children also have not and will never be vaccinated/jabbed!

"Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" by Weston A. Price was amazing. It simply makes perfect sense. Deficiencies x 10 in x 4 in Vitamins and Minerals due to poor husbandry/eating habits.

We become that which our body, absorbs, digests and assimilates before eliminating waste.

JERF - Just Eat Real Foods.

Get to know your local farmer's now, or pay your Dr's more later!

Thank you for being an incredible LIGHT.

Much love

I was introduced to Nourishing Traditions in 2007. Then introduced raw and fermented foods into our diet. Sally came to Christchurch 2011, things were still very shakey but jammed into a smallish hall were approx 300 people. We were treated to Sally's husband talking about energy healing , followed by Sally. It was an incredible experience to learn the how and why of a nutrient dense diet. We eat a lot of butter (yes Lewis Rd) and pasture raised meat.

Meals are a joy. No pharmaceuticals. Sam you and Mark are in for a treat.

Thanks again Sam... I would love to meet you and Mark and get big hugs from both 😁 but it's great to know I will see you in heaven above if not in this earth.

Thanks to Sally too, for her faithfulness in bringing this information to the public, despite all the resistance and obfuscation of the principalities and powers...

I would love to join you all in Utah! Maybe next time. (The 17th I have to be in Ohio for a final hearing for my dissolution. My health is slowly improving the longer I am away from him. I moved several states away. I do not condone the ending of a marriage in general. But there are circumstances. . .) All of you on the deniers team have been instrumental in changing and challenging my perspective on health and how our bodies work. Thank you.

Thank you Sam and Sally for your amazing work and contributions to the world! It is so wonderful and exciting to see you both talking, Sam and Sally!! Two of my favourite people! I discovered Sally Fallon in 2005 just after my daughter was born, and even though I had a natural home birth and no problems breast feeding, I struggled to recover. Sally, Dr Weston A Price and the foundation made a massive difference in mine, and Nina's life. She is now 20, living and working interstate, and after some years of rebelling, she did a full circle back to traditional eating, and is so grateful for all that she learn't in regards to diet. May the Force be with you both for ever, kindest regards Cathy, Castlemaine Australia.
