As a RN I have never felt more enlightened since the COVID lie.

You and Dr Mark were one of the first medical professionals I followed since the man made pandemic.

I thank you and Mark, and all the other intrepid doctors around the world that have put their careers and livelihoods on the line.

God bless 🙏🏻

Thank you Sam and Mark for your excellent work.

Thank you Samantha 🙏 I have been wide awake for decades and avoided doctors and pharmaceuticals at every turn. I've never had the flu or even colds throughout my life. I don't consume any carbohydrates in my diet and eat only animal products. I'm now 65 with zero meds and haven't seen a doctor for 50 years.

I hope I'm wrong but the fact there are no comments is telling. Another term for CDC in the bible is 'the world'.

This CDC weakens their enormous numbers of subscribers to believe they/their body isn't enough, can't handle it. Only they have the answers and if 'you' don't comply, you could die.

I always knew: how could some person or group know

MY body? In their system, no-one is unique; everyone is the same; thus 'one size fits all'; their cocktail of drugs is, without scientific verification, is 'The Answer' and will

protect you from harm, or death.

In the bible, Old Testament, King David said 'TEACH me to number my days'. We don't/won't think of it if not consistently taught 'You will die.'

As a senior with serious health issues, I don't have much energy, period, and not for reading, even though excellent, useful.

Liars are the same; they build on their lies. It is the opposite of transparent

You and your husband take care of each other.

Unfortunately for me I learned early on in my life not to trust the medical establishment. They left me w life altering physical changes that have altered my life in so many ways and it continues to this day decades later. I knew Covid was a hoax right out of the gate. Hate is not a strong enough word.

The Word Herder's avatar

I'm so sorry to hear of your troubles. I hope somehow things get much better.

xo xo

Letsrock's avatar

Thank you but the damage has been done. It's called IATROGENICS and unfortunately the medical industry having shown it's hand via the Covid debacle, is even worse today.

The Word Herder's avatar

So… you’re saying we’re doomed and might as well kill ourselves?

Letsrock's avatar

You need to check your reading comprehension I said nothing of the kind. Put the pipe down.

The Word Herder's avatar

And you need to learn how to communicate without using Ad Hominem. That's a logical fallacy, in case you don't know.

See, I'm already quite well aware that alllllll over the Internet and certainly Substack, there are little flies like you who go around trying to pull everybody down, doom and gloom, and if anyone challenges you, you all just resort to childish tactics like name-calling and whining about how someone is bothering YOU.

Perhaps you're simply depressed, but your response to me tells me that's not the issue. So don't tell me what I need. If you don't like my TEST, then ignore it, or be honest and say you're depressed, or something besides trying to, or seemingly trying to, bring everybody else down.

I see this WAY too often, and the response is usually the same: Insults.

Think I'm stupid? I'm just getting started.

Some overpopulation mongers should be happy that our Godless 62 billion+ in fraud fines/ Big Pharma "medicine" has brought Iatrogenic death to 12.5 to over 20 million in just the last 20 years! [Fact!] Did you know that all of the USA's 250 years' worth of wars have killed "only" 1.3 million! i.e., making [cough] "Medicine" deadlier than war! I only lost my Dad, Wife & best friend to iatrogenic medicine! BUT they are now with Jesus, so it's not all bad! Hope to see you there!

So where does one start with an autoimmune (Lupus) diagnosis? On Hydrochloroquine and prednisone( which I try not to take). Going outside the system is so very unaffordable when on retirement income. A real quandary.

Ian Sykes's avatar

The carnivore diet has been shown to provide great benefits with autoimmune conditions. From a massive reduction in symptoms to gone altogether. Look up Dr Anthony Chaffee and Dr Ken Berry on YouTube.

Logan McCulloch's avatar

Coming up on one year carnivore and the health improvements at age 65 have been fantastic!

The Word Herder's avatar

So... when you say "carnivore," does that mean meat ONLY, or just Mostly?

Logan McCulloch's avatar

Primarily beef and eggs, but from time to time sardines and cheese....all animal.products.

The Word Herder's avatar

No veggies, then? If not, I’d say eat greens and veggies you like, too. Fresh and varied. Fruits are okay, kept to a dull roar. This is advice I give myself, and I’ve learned over a long time. But people DO vary. Thing about those leafy greens and crunchy things, radishes come to mind, and variety, is all the various vitamins and nutrients you don’t get from meats… Different textures, flavors, colors… It’s a world unto itself!

I think of it this way: We evolved eating plenty of meat, but also plenty of berries, things picked from trees, like apples (SO healthy!), things you pull out of the dirt, like potatoes… Variety is more fun, but also variety gives us a variety of NUTRIENTS. You can’t get it all just from meats and eggs.

I hope I am not preaching at you. I’m a foodist, love to cook and make delicious soups and I love meats and eggs, too. I have a great time with combinations, for flavors and colors… It’s like ART. ^_^ I eat plenty of meat. I’m trying to learn about healing with herbs these days… There’s so much to know! K, good luck, good woof, good eating, lol. Cheers.

Thank you for sharing your observations. As background, I was a vegetarian for 20 years from age 32 to 52. I turn 66 next week and am approaching 1 year strict carnivore at the end of this month. My health has improved immensely over that time. Here is a link to an interview I did with a friend and fellow metabolic researcher when I was two months into carnivore last July. https://rumble.com/v70azku-terrain-theory-and-basic-human-nutrition.html

I've read that same thing. Troubles seem to be so often about DIET, eh.

If you are post-menopausal, you should look into supplementing your hormones. If the Doctors want you to take a steroid, why not take the ones you are missing since ovarian function has ceased? "They" do not want you to be healthy and bio-identical hormones cannot be patented. You can treat yourself with OTC Bi-est and progesterone in topical MCT oil. They can also be taken sublingually. There is anecdotal evidence that estriol, which goes into the beta receptor, protects against auto-immune diseases. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-p82VW1weA&t=7s

The Word Herder's avatar

Curious: If we naturally stop producing all those hormones at a given age/time of life, why would artificially prolonging them be a good idea? Just wondering.

Tami Berman's avatar

Losing estrogen leads to heart disease, diabetes, cognitive decline, bone loss…. If you keep livestock long enough, they get sick and die when they stop laying eggs, in birds. Same with mammals. Imagine all the drugs that replace one molecule.

The Word Herder's avatar

Where are you getting the above statement? The first sentence?

Tami Berman's avatar

Experience. I was eating healthy, nothing packaged, grinding my own flour to bake whole grain sour dough bread, using only old fashioned grain varieties, I keep my own birds for eggs, we slaughter our roosters for soup, they get organic no soy or corn feed. I sprout my legumes before cooking. I swim twice a week and hike on other days. I just recently started rebounding. So, my symptoms don’t have anything to do with lifestyle unless you believe being vegan is healthy. I have heart palpitations every night when I try to sleep, couldn’t control my blood sugar, despite trying many different diets. I cut out all dairy and all grains including brown rice and potatoes for an entire year, made no difference. I used homeopathy, nothing has helped. When I started rebounding, I had urinary incontinence. After three months with no improvement and doing pelvic floor exercises, I listened to a female urologist on YT who said women need vaginal estrogen to keep their tissues healthy and prevent UTI’s. That was my wake up. I have been using the OTC hormones for less than three months but my blood sugar stabilized, I am not tired, I’m not leaking anymore… but I still am woken up with heart palpitations and then sweating every two hours. I need to do a hormone test to see why those symptoms are not improving. I also had very bad brain fog, could not remember words. That has also gotten much better. I literally felt like death was imminent. And I don’t drink any caffeine or alcohol and no chocolate, I can’t tolerate them. All symptoms of estrogen deficiency.

The Word Herder's avatar

PS: Best way to stay strong regarding Incontinence? During flow of urine, STOP, start again, STOP, start again, three, four times, or whatever you want to do. Do this and it strengthens the muscles that keep you “continental.” :)

The Word Herder's avatar

Well, some of that sounds a lot like some of the symptoms of EMF toxification, as in WiFi overburden. That includes the palpitations for sure. Could be a mixture of issues, but you DO sound like you are living healthy! It’s generally, in my view, unless you are medically trained to an extensive degree, to NOT diagnose one’s self without some knowledgeable help… And I DON’T include doctors from the Medical Industrial Complex! All they know, generally speaking is pharmaceuticals. Sure, they can be very intelligent, kind, helpful, etc etc, but they are part of a system that keeps people sick so they can extract wealth from them indefinitely for drugs and other BS “treatment.” I know, I sound like like a nut when I say this, but I have done my homework, too. But that world of diagnosing illness and treating them, you really need schooling! Sure, I can deal with a lot of stuff, and I can figure out a few things, but— I ain’t no doctor. I wish I WERE.

I wish so much that as a young gal I’d had the maturity! and the wherewithal to go into medicine, but NATUROPATHIC medicine, not allopathic. But I’d never even heard of Naturopathic until relatively recently. So… I can’t tell you what’s going on, but I DO know that I suffer from EMR harm and it’s just getting worse. I’ve long been an athlete and very healthy; never had any need to visit doctors much (except for yeast infections, which now I can treat myself if I need to), and I haven’t been VAXXED in about 45 years. I think that’s a big part of it right there.

I have tinnitus, sore joints (comes & goes— what kind of disease, such as arthritis, comes and goes, it’s ludicrous, to me— I no longer believe much of anything allopathic medicine wants me to think. I had a full-bore heart attack around two years ago, I thought I was going to die— so painful, I know it was a heart attack; went on for at least 2, 3 hours. Then I had a “bad cold” for nearly two weeks after that… Seasonal? Early January? No. It was right after they put in a EMF “thing” in my neighbor’s greenbelt (mini-forest between houses). I feel confident saying that NOW, and I suspected it THEN. So.

Sometimes we know what’s going on, we just “know.” But what you’re describing could be a menopause thing, or it could be a TEMPORARY menopause thing, or it could be something ELSE. And I DO think being vegan isn’t a good idea… Humans evolved eating MEAT, we need that protein and the fats from it. And plenty of other (GOOD) fats, too, and lots of veggies. But hormonal changes can be rough for some. I was lucky. We’re all different, with different things going on. I love that you’re so physically active— wish I lived near you, we could go together on hikes and stuff. I live a very solitary life right now. AND, I’ve got Shingles, pretty sure. LOL Sigh. I’m diagnosing myself, but not really, my friend told me, and it fits. ;)

Oh, my dear. I hope things get better for you. I know Shingles is temporary, but I live in some serious EMR and I need OUT of it. Nothing on this Earth evolved thriving with radiation all over everywhere, and plus all the toxins everywhere as well… We are truly living in Interesting Times. I will keep you on what I call my “Love List” — some call it prayers, but I’m not into that religious jargon anymore. It’s all good, it’s what we do that matters. Thanks for sharing with me, and please… think about seeing a naturopath. Or look around Substack, there’s people on here that ARE qualified to give you some ideas… Dr. Wojak is very cool. And I know of other doctors of Naturopathy (Samantha oh… the forgetting words and stuff? ME, TOO. That’s a EMR symptom, too!) is it Bailey? Dr. Sam, lovely blond Kiwi lady. She’s pretty famous…

Okay, we’ve written a book. HUGS to you, and Best Wishes!

The Word Herder's avatar

Isn’t that also called “Aging”?

And if you’re propagating pharmaceuticals, that will get you banished from Dogville forever, or until you sit up and beg to be allowed back in.

AND...

How do you know this information? Did you read it somewhere, did someone tell you this? How? Just curious.

Tami Berman's avatar

Honestly, I didn’t pay much attention to menopause until it hit me. I thought I was healthy and would not have symptoms. Before there were bio-identical hormones, women used ovarian tissue from sheep, goats and cows. Men got testosterone from consuming testes from cows as well. I have also heard that the Chinese used dried urine from young boys and girls. So, hormone supplementation has been around for a long time. When Doctors say disease is caused by a loss of energy metabolism, that is precisely what the loss of ovarian function is. The body shuts down. It is hell.

The Word Herder's avatar

I don’t go to DOCTORS. I actually avoid that like the plague! lol

I would go to a Naturopathic doctor if I really had to, but I can’t quite believe that menopause is going to be the CAUSE of all this “hell,” — and remember, I BELIEVE that you’re telling the truth— I think it’s much more likely that things were out of whack BEFORE menopause, and that just sort of kicked over the bucket, so to speak. What do you think? Possible? We won’t be able to figure it out here, today, lol. But I DO know that for a long time now, our medical system has been about MONEY, and not much else. Not ALL doctors, but I can tell you, my parents had a doctor that I saw when I took them a few times for visits, and he was kind and seemed nice, and decent, etc etc, and he put them both on STATINS. If you don’t know about Statins, take it from me, and I’ve done my homework on this, THEY. ARE. EVIL.

The Word Herder's avatar

So what you seem to be saying, and tell me if I'm wrong, is that when YOU went through menopause it was awful, uncomfortable, "hell," as you say... I believe you! It's not that I am questioning that, not at all. I've heard plenty of women say this.

I'm a gal, too. I went through menopause, too. It was NO big deal!! Really, a piece of cake, so to speak. So I'm wondering whether you were have some issues that maybe you were unaware of BEFORE the change, or... ? Who knows. MANY people DO have a lot of trouble during that time due to being unaware of having a poor diet before that. Or perhaps missing some thing(s) that created that rough passage... I'm American, and I know many of us have pretty lousy diets. I am very very strongly against pharma and when we're talking about a NATURAL change, I don't feel that needs to be altered somehow, but more eased by focusing on the other things going on inside that could affect the transition... Does this make sense?

Thanks again, Dr Sam Bailey. Quite staggering how big the lies being pushed by the CDC are.

Right, a claim that public health measures had lengthened life spans by an average of 25 years, based entirely upon the result of insulin therapy for diabetics. Right, claims made regarding improvements in therapy for a bunch of diseases for which vaccines have been developed, not mentioning that almost the entire improvement for each of them came BEFORE vaccines were developed. And so on and so forth.

You and Mark have done wonders in terms of uncovering the facts hidden by mountains of disinformation disseminated by the CDC and other "public health" entities like it. We the public owe you big time.

BDBinc's avatar

Number one way you know you are being tricked by the CDC( a UN org) is if you believe their lies.

The biggest problem in materialized modern global "healthcare" is that it is that it is not based on true knowledge( Science) of Health nor does it use compassionate care.

Its based on a lie ( $cience ) and it is a business model , pez dispensing snake oil vending machine for Rockefeller Big pharma .

In NZ "healthcare" is a national socialist economics political run insurance model the patients treatment funding decisions made by govt , the govt ideology took charge over it in the 90's and its gotten even worse.

Where in truth the greatest medicine( awareness/life which is the bodys healer) and our interconnectedness is not even known in medicine , let alone utilized.

According to him, we retain our personality/self-knowledge and we recognize other people we've known, family, etc. It's another experience, but not scary or weird... It'll be okay. Hugs!

Truth is refreshing, thanks. If the western world had such a great medical system when you look around why does everyone look like, you know what. The word that fits these times perfect is, fake. What we see, are told, are presented in every way possible does not fit what we see and humans know deep down they are being played so the powers that be keep us entertained and fighting amongst ourselves while they devise agendas to keep us in place like the enslaved society they can't wait to usher in with agenda 2030. The swastika is an ancient symbol of good fortune, divinity, and peace! Then corrupted by Satan's people, just like the word Gay, or God's Rainbow. Promise/ covenant as mentioned in Genesis 9:13! (Not to mention Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13!)
